Chilled and Frozen foods can only be ordered from the Sydney area (25km of Newington)
The tracking link will be sent via optimoroute the day before delivery

In cases other than Sydney the shipping cost is measured after calculating the weight volume and distance of the shipping address.
We will send the tracking number via email.

STANDARD SHIPPING

and a flat rate of $8 for order under $89
*Additional shipping charges may apply depending on the weight or volume of the product.

Creating a separate shipping fee for each item can be burdensome for customers. For this reason, in areas outside of Sydney, the delivery fee is calculated after the order is packed. An additional invoice will be sent based on the total volume weight of the order and the delivery address.
*We aim to dispatch orders within 2-3 business days from the delivery departure date to the area within NSW and 3-4 business days from the delivery departure date in other states(QLD/WA/VIC etc..).

Return Info

PLEASE NOTE
Our online store and physical stores each manage our own stock and are separate entities. Because of this, Credit Notes, Gift Cards, Returns and Refunds MUST be processed at the store you purchased them from. Our online team cannot help you with any in store purchase issues.

Returns Information:

Items can be returned for an online Credit Note.
We do not issue Refunds for return orders.
Items must be returned within the 15 days period from receiving the order.
We cannot accept returns from in store purchases or vice versa as we each manage our own stock and are separate entities.
We do not accept returns on Sale items. These are items in the Sale category, not items marked down from discount codes or on flash sales.
Items must be received in original condition - unworn, unwashed, with all tags still attached. Items must be free from stains and scents e.g. makeup, fake tan, perfume. Please take care when trying on to not damage or stain the item/s as if your return does not meet the above criteria it will be sent back to you.
Shoes must be returned in their box and in unworn, original condition.
For hygiene reasons cosmetics, earrings and undergarments cannot be returned.

Credit Note:

Credit notes can be used to make a future purchase and are valid for 12 months from date of issue.
Credit notes can only be used online, not in store.
Your credit will be emailed to you once your return has been processed.
Credit notes cannot be refunded.
Credit notes can only be used via the form they were issued. This means online credit notes can only be used online, and in store issued credit notes can only be used in store.
