Our online store and physical stores 
each manage our own stock and are seperate entities. Because of this, Credit Notes, Gift Cards, Returns and Refunds MUST be processed at the store you purchased them from. Our online team cannot help you with any in store purchase issues. 


Returns Information:

  • Items can be returned for an online Credit Note.
  • We do not issue Refunds for return orders. 
  • Items must be returned within the 15 days period from receiving the order.
  • We cannot accept returns from in store purchases or vice versa as we each manage our own stock and are seperate entities.
  • We do not accept returns on Sale items. These are items in the Sale category, not items marked down from discount codes or on flash sales. 
  • Items must be received in original condition - unworn, unwashed, with all tags still attached. Items must be free from stains and scents e.g. makeup, fake tan, perfume. Please take care when trying on to not damage or stain the item/s as if your return does not meet the above criteria it will be sent back to you.
  • Shoes must be returned in their box and in unworn, original condition. 
  • For hygiene reasons cosmetics, earrings and undergarments cannot be returned.
  • Please email if you believe your product is damaged or faulty. We will treat this with the highest of priority.


How To Return:

  • The cost of return shipping is at the customer's expense - we will not refund or add credit or the cost of return postage. 
  • You can also drop off the item you want to return at any K A N Z I physical stores.
  • Take the parcel to your local post office or courier service of your choice and send it to our address (see below). We recommend using a tracked service for added security.
  • Once you‘re return has been delivered and processed through our returns department, we will issue your chosen return option.

Credit Note:

  • Credit notes can be used to make a future purchase and are valid for 12 months from date of issue.
  • Credit notes can only be used online, not in store.
  • Your credit will be emailed to you once your return has been processed.
  • Credit notes cannot be refunded.
  • Credit notes can only be used via the form they were issued. This means online credit notes can only be used online, and in store issued credit notes can only be used in store.

  • Our items are photographed and professional lighting is used, so item colour may vary slightly though we aim to keep it as accurate as possible. Please refer to the product description, close up shot and video to see true colour. Colour may also look slightly different based on your display screen.
