TIP before eating!
1. Put cooked monkfish in a pot and boil it for about 5 minutes.
2. When the sauce starts to boil, add the prepared onions, green onions, and bean sprouts, close the lid and boil the bean sprouts until they become transparent.
3. Open the lid, reduce the heat to low, then add water parsley, completely dissolve the prepared starch water, add 3 spoons, and mix lightly.
