- Items can be returned within 14 days of delivery for an exchange, store credit or refund. This includes sale items. (including the size tags and barcode)
- If merchandise is final sale and cannot be refunded, exchanged or credited.
- Items must be received in original condition - unworn, unwashed, with all tags still attached.

-For hygiene reasons cosmetics, earrings and undergarments cannot be returned.
- We process all returns within 3 days of receiving your items. We will send you an email with the details of your processed return.
- Please email Kanzi.firstname.lastname@example.org if you believe your product is damaged or faulty. We will treat this with the highest of priority.
- We'll deduct $15.00 from the refund for use of the Post Service.

size in stock to exchange. We cannot set items aside for exchanges.
Excluded change of mind items
The following items can not be returned if you change your mind:
- Cosmetics (if hygiene seal is broken)
- Beauty products
- Level 2F 409/462 Chapel Rd. Bankstown NSW 2200
Any parcels not delivered for any reason, and is requested to be sent out will incur a $15 fee, this also includes any order being returned via the Return to Sender (RTS) System through Australia Post if requesting a refund or credit voucher, the $15 charge will be deducted from the returning order total.
Please use the correct payment shipping methods for all returns, as Kanzi Fashion is not responsible for these return costs.
